Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) will normally provide you with connection equipment (Hub/Router) and the Internet connection service (Broadband/Dialup). Therefore, it is your ISP that should be providing you with Internet connection related support. The IT Fortress Ltd will not troubleshoot neither connection nor ISP equipment in view of company liability as your ISP are there to support such matters.
